Advanced VoIP Billing System is completely browser based billing software, and resides on any Java enabled web server.

Credit Card Payment Gateways
We have provided the functionality by which almost all kind of Credit Card payment gateways are supported, for example Authorize.Net, LinkPoint, PaymentsGateway.Net, Bank of America eStores, Verisign, Worldpay and PayPal.
Online User Registration
Users can be registered through web. Users may register themselves through Credit Card.
Destination Rates
Unlimited number of destination rates can be defined.
Call Intervals
Call intervals are provided, where call interval time is defined in seconds and rate as amount. For example first call interval is of 30 seconds and its rate is $.5 then even if call is of less than 30 seconds, $.5 will be charged. And Second interval is of 60 seconds with rate $1 and total time of call is 35 seconds then it will be charged $1.5
Different rates for same destination
Different rates can be defined for same destination. In this way different plans can have different rates and these plans are assigned to users.
City wise rate
Destinations can be further categorized, for example rate of call to London could be different from rate of any other place in UK.
Plan/package
· A plan can be of three types limited, unlimited and monthly.
· Unlimited numbers of plans are supported
· Slot based and Destination Rate billing may be implemented in one plan.
· Plans can have bonus schemes (like buy one get one free, 50% bonus hours etc.)
· Plans can have discount schemes (like 50% off etc.)
· Plans can be lapsed after specified number of days
· Services against plan can be defined.
· Amount of plan can be fixed (it is used to restrict user to submit amount equal to package amount)
· Administrator can set the number of low credit email alerts and also the balance at which these alert will be sent.
· Time Base Restriction can be implemented, so that users of this package can only be connected in the defined timing. And if user will be connected at the time when the defined time gets finished then user will be disconnected and will not be able to connect again.
· Administrator can set the option regarding the particular plan that it is accessible by the dealers or not. For example if an ISP creates a plan which is only for its employees then ISP can apply the restriction on its viewing.
· Also any plan can be deactivated at any time
System Security
Two types of access implementation is provided. One is the IP-based and other is username/password. All the functionality in this software is divided into different tasks. System Administrator can combine different task into different roles and those roles are assigned to different billing system administrators. For example Administrator can create a user (help desk), which can only view the payment received but can't modify it. Also can access the Management reports section but can't access the system administration section.
Prepaid/Postpaid billing
Both prepaid and postpaid billing schemes are supported. Postpaid users don't get locked where advance or prepaid users get disconnected and locked when ever their current balance becomes less than their credit limit. Usually prepaid users have credit limit zero.
Invoice System
Complete invoices system is provided, invoices can be generated automatically and manually, and can be sent to users through emails. Also users can see their old and pending invoices online.
Corporate Billing
Parent and child account can be created (multiple PIN numbers against one account number). Payments and usage done against the account number, that's means their current balance is calculated at one point. Whenever any user (PIN) of type corporate gets locked all the users of that corporate account get locked and whenever payment is received all the users of that particular corporate account get unlocked. Also their usage is calculated separately and can be viewed separately. This feature is optional and can be turned off at any time.
Lapse Plan/Packages
Monthly lapse packages can be defined. In this way we can restrict users to finish their purchased minutes within the specified days. And if users consumed the purchased minutes before the lapse date then his/her account gets locked. When any user account gets lapsed, records are inserted into the user usage detail, so that user can view the lapsed detail.
Prepaid (scratch cards) Calling Cards
In this module prepaid (scratch) cards are generated, activated and sold to dealers or locations (outlets of an ISP). The complete information about cards, dealers and location is maintained.
Locations/Dealers
Support of a dealer/location network is included. Dealers can take cash and create users from their premises. Also administrator can restrict dealers to their credit limits and also to the number of users that a dealer can create. Payment history of dealers and locations is maintained. Also check bounce functionality and reporting is provided.
Comprehensive Management Reports
More than fifty reports are provided including cash management and daily transactions. Reports can be sorted according to their fields. For complete working of reports please see our online demo. If an ISP wants to have any report which is not provided then it will be provided free of cost in the upgrades. Advanced ISP Billing System upgrades will be free for the first year.
Technical support (help desk)
In this module all the data of a particular user can be viewed by the technical support persons. A technical or help desk person can view, user status (locked- unlocked), payment details, check the CLI option, can check pin code; can assign new pin code and active session.
Credit Debit user account
This feature is provided to assign credit or debit to a user account. Its main use is at the time of assigning free bonuses and also at the time when user changes his/her plan.
Flexible Interface
Billing system interface can be changed, all the fonts, background colors, foreground colors can be changed at any time.
Billing Software Logs
Complete logs files are provided so that in case of any error or in abnormal behavior the problem could be figured out.
Low Credit Alert Emails
Low credit email will be sent to users whenever their balance becomes less than the specified amount. Administrator can set the low credit email functionality against the plans, and it is in the control of administrator to send the low credit emails to users of some selected plans because in case of prepaid cards normally emails accounts are not provided to users and low credit emails alerts are not sent to them. All the email setting is provided in the company setting options, where email text (Subject, Body) is editable. Also the number of warning email, which will be sent to a user, is configurable.
Edited data and Reports
If any billing system administrator updates the record of a user, then logs are kept so that the security check can be implemented. For example any payment is updated, password or pin code is updated then logs will be maintained so that later on it can be figured out who did it.
Sales Persons Module
Sales person module is provided and it can also be turned off. The sharing and bonus method of sales person is implemented so that their performance can be evaluated.
Customized Reports
Billing system administrators can generate their own customized reports at any time from web.
Company Information
Company information can be updated. This information can be used in billing (like printing company information at payment receipt).
